Để đăng nhập tài khoản Grabfood của quán vào hệ thống của Analy, quán cần tạo tài khoản Nhân viên – vị trí Quản lý riêng biệt, và không sử dụng tài khoản đó đăng nhập ở bất kì thiết bị nào khác. Vì 1 tài khoản Grabfood chỉ được đăng nhập ở 1 thiết bị duy nhất.
Sau đây là các bước để tạo tài khoản Quản lý:
Bước 1: Vào app Grab merchant => mục Nhân viên => Thêm mới
Bước 2: Chọn vị trí Người quản lý cửa hàng (Bắt buộc).
Step 3: Go to the email just sent by Grab => Click the SET NEW PASSWORD button to activate this staff account. Note: You should write down all login information and the password to avoid forgetting.
Step 4: Log back into Analy using the new staff account just created.
Notes: Enter the correct username + new password here in Analy.
If, after entering the correct username and password, Analy still shows this => It means your account has not been successfully activated yet => Please check again the RESET PASSWORD step in the email.
If during use your Grab account gets disconnected, it means this account is being logged in on another device. Because each GrabFood account can only be logged in on one device at a time.
