Automatically print order labels easily with Analy
Manually entering every order from food delivery apps like GrabFood, ShopeeFood, or BeFood is time-consuming and error-prone. With Analy, you can print order labels completely automatically, helping your staff process orders faster and more accurately.
Step 1: Install the Analy app
First, you need to download and install the Analy on Android device, including:
- Smartphone
- Tabllet
- Handheld POS machine
- POS terminal screen
After installation, open the app and tap Create new account to register an account for your store.
Step 2: Connect Food-app account
After successfully creating your account, go to the Menu to connect with the food delivery platforms you are using such as:
- GrabFood
- ShopeeFood
- BeFood
- And other food delivery apps
Just log in to your Food-app account in Analy, the app will automatically receive the orders.
Step 3: Configure the label printer
Next, go to the Label printer settings or Receipt printer settings section, then choose the appropriate connection type for your printer:
- WiFi/LAN - Fast and stable connection
- USB - Plug directly into the device
- Bluetooth - Wireless and convenient
Select the correct printer type to ensure labels are printed quickly and accurately.
Step 4: Enable auto print mode
After connecting the printer, tick the box “Automatically print Food-app orders”. Keep the app in online mode and the screen on, and Analy will automatically receive orders from Food-app platforms and print bills and labels without manual input or confirmation.
