🔄Guide to fixing disconnection issues
Prepare: You also need to create a Manager account specifically for logging into Analy. separate manager account to use only for logging into Analy. Do not use the Owner account.
Step 1: Create a manager account.





After successfully creating the Manager account, the ShopeeFood system will send a message to the new phone number you registered, or an email to the registered email address to activate the Manager account. Follow the steps below:


Whether you log in with phone number or email => Click Register now.


Make sure the manager account is in ACTIVE status before using it to log in to Analy.
Now you can use this Manager account to log into ShopeeFood in Analy.
Step 2: Log into ShopeeFood via Analy on MOBILE PHONE, not on a POS machine..

Tap the button: Connect using Shopee Partner.

Whether logging in by phone number or email, you must tap Register now.

If you reach this screen, the connection is successful => Tap Back to check if the ShopeeFood account has been successfully connected.
🆘Note:
1. The ShopeeFood account used to log into Analy must be a staff account – with the MANAGER role, and the account status must be ACTIVE.
2. The ShopeeFood account used in Analy should not be logged in on the Shopee Partner app; keep this account separate just like how the GrabFood staff account is used in Analy.
3. If you log into Shopee Partner and see that the account has the status: Owner or is responsible for multiple stores, then you need to create a separate account for each store.


If the app shows a pop-up like this:

Solution:
Please log into your Analy account on your phone, tap on the ShopeeFood section ⇒ select Log in with Shopee Partner ⇒ tap Register now and log in again as usual.
If you encounter an error that prevents you from linking the Manager account to your store when registering by email, please contact the Admin for assistance.
