Benefits of the feature:

  • The restaurant can develop an additional online sales channel, independent of existing apps.
  • With the website features, it ensures a modern interface, allowing the restaurant to create attractive discount codes similar to those available on the app.
  • Customers can make quick payments via the VNPAY QR code.
  • Immediate delivery through Grabexpress service.

Usage Guide:

  1. Create a link for the website (create a domain):
    REQUIRED: Fill in the restaurant information in the Store Settings section first. ➡️ Save ➡️ Log out, exit the app, and log back in.
    Then, you will immediately see the restaurant’s website link in this section.
    All information entered here will be displayed immediately on the website. Users can also customize the information as desired.
    Easily copy the link and start promoting your restaurant’s website.There are 2 types of domains:
    • The common format for Analy is: https://web.analy.co/restaurant-name
    • Successfully integrated VNPAY QR code payment:
      Multiple branches combined under one link:
      The restaurant has its own domain linked to Analy’s Web Order platform.
  2. Create content for the website:
    The content displayed on the web will be updated automatically from the restaurant’s direct sales menu.☑️If the restaurant hasn’t created a direct sales menu, start updating dishes on the web by creating a menu with: Dish Groups, Add Dishes, Add Discount Codes, Add Service Types → Link to guide.
  3. Highlighted features of the Analy website:
    • Flexibly customize the status of dishes or discount codes to determine if they should be displayed on the website using the button: Hide on website.
    • Notably: The Hide on website button means that the dish can still be selected in the In-store Orders section, but customers will not see it on the website.
    • The Hide on website button also applies to promotional programs that the restaurant only wants staff to use, without appearing on the web.
    • The restaurant can proactively create diverse, attractive discount codes, from total order discounts to shipping fee discounts → Making the restaurant’s website lively and competitively priced to attract customers to order directly.
    • The restaurant processes web orders quickly and efficiently using the DELIVERY feature:
      ➡️ When customers place orders via the web, the orders will appear in the Online Orders section just like app orders.
      For delivery orders, with recipient information, the restaurant only needs to click on DELIVERY to arrange quick delivery for customers, without having to place an order on another delivery app.
      Verify the sender and recipient information → Check the price → Click to select a delivery partner.
    The order will automatically find a driver and execute the delivery just like on other delivery apps.*Note: Currently, Analy only supports one payment method: Bank transfer. Therefore, cash payment options are not yet available.
  • Change the theme color to match the restaurant’s concept:
    With a basic color concept of yellow and red, users can also switch to Blue or Green concepts to create a fresh and diverse feel for the restaurant’s website. By accessing the store management page: https://store.analy.co/=> Select Change website interface => Choose your preferred color concept and apply it. The restaurant’s official website will change colors immediately.
    • You will receive one of two A4 poster templates to place in the restaurant so customers can scan the QR code to view the menu, enhancing their shopping experience in a quick and attractive way.

💲Costs for the Website feature:

  • If users use the domain created on Analy’s platform: 209,000/month.
  • If users use a PRIVATE domain that the restaurant has purchased previously: 229,000/month. (No need to purchase an additional SSL package)

*Note: If the restaurant wants to integrate Analy’s web content into its private domain:

  • The old web content will be lost.
  • The fee for the technical department to revert the content back to the old version: 500,000/instance.
    👉Recommendation: Users should try the version of the website created by Analy’s system first. If everything is fine, then decide to connect with each other.
